Payment for holidays is due by 6pm on the day sign-up closes.  Your space for holidays is not confirmed until you have completed the registration and made your payment.

To ensure that we are adequately staffed and prepared – you must complete the sign-up for each holiday you
would like your child to attend. Your daughter will be unable to participate if you do not complete a holiday registration form by the respective
deadline.

Fees

• For full-time After School Families, individual holidays are included in your weekly rate. For a full week,
  you are charged your weekly rate or $25/day (the lesser of the fees will be charged)
• For “holiday only families,” fees are due by the last registration day for that holiday.
• Families are charged a $25/daily rate OR $90 for the week (the lesser of the fees will be charged)
• For ELC families: You are charged the Part Time “Parent Fee” for each day your daughter attends Girls
  Place when we offer programs for the full day (i.e. school holidays).
• Families on financial assistance will be billed at their weekly rate regardless of days attended.

Checkout

• Girls can be checked out at any time from Girls Place, but must be picked up no later than 6:00 pm
• Parents/guardians must complete a registration form indicating who can and cannot pick up their child; people authorized to pick up a child must be at least 16 years old and have identification
• Parents and guardians must use the pick up line to pick up their girls and remain in their vehicles
• A staff member will call your child to the front desk; please call if someone does not see you and come outside to process check out
• Please be patient with new staff people requesting your identification or if pick-up is delayed due to someone not being on the list
• If an unknown person comes to pick up a child, he or she will be verified in ProCare, and their ID will be checked
• Reminder: late fees will be charged after 5:35 pm
  • If parents or guardians are late on a consistent basis, Girls Place reserves the right to refuse service to the family
  • If a parent or emergency contact is later than 15 minutes or cannot be reached, Girls Place reserves the right to release the child to the Gainesville Police Department
